•	At least eight full years of operation.
•	Annual sales revenue increase over the past two years – 2008 and 2009.
•	Maintained and/or increased profitability during the past two years.
•	Founder is president/CEO and actively participates in the daily operations of the company.
•	Must have won this award three previous times and allow two years since last win.
