Large Business Award Nomination Form

The Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce is proud to give yearly recognition awards for large businesses in the following size categories:
26 to 100 employees • 101+ employees

Chamber members meeting the above size categories and criteria listed on the application form are encouraged to apply. If you are aware of a small business meeting this criteria, you may submit an application on their behalf.

The awards ceremony will take place on May 4, 2010, at the Raleigh Convention Center.

CRITERIA
• Member of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce.
• Privately-held business.
• Headquartered in Wake, Orange, or Durham counties.
• Business has been operating since January 1, 2004 or before.
• Business qualifies size criteria of 26 to 100 employees or 101+ employees.
• President/owner and/or company has been involved in community activities.
• Founder is president/owner and actively participates in the daily operations of the company.

• Application deadline is 5 p.m., Friday, January 29, 2010.
